SchoolsFirst FCU’s Emerging Leaders program helps teammembers grow into leadership roles, but as it expanded, keeping things consistent and tracking results became challenging. We partnered to streamline the curriculum, clarify the application process, enhance manager support, and add assessments and alumni mentoring to strengthen the experience.

Empowering Women CEOs in Small Credit Unions: 
CUWLA ConnectHER

CUWLA was founded to support women CEOs of smaller credit unions, many of whom faced challenges in finding leadership development resources that met their specific needs. With tight budgets, limited time, and a lack of specific programs, investing in personal growth was difficult. Together with CUWLA, we created ConnectHER, a leadership development hub that connects members with trusted partners. By offering exclusive rates and access to vetted development providers, ConnectHER saves time and helps leaders find the right solutions. 

Developing Future Credit Union Leaders:
NextGen Immersion

The NextGen Immersion program is a unique initiative in partnership with the California and Nevada Credit Union Leagues. This hands-on learning experience is designed to address the challenges faced by aspiring credit union leaders, offering them the opportunity to grow their leadership skills, build strong networks, and gain practical advocacy experience.
